Precautions
Pre-start Check
Check the oil level to be between the upper and lower limits on the dipstick, ensure all pipe joints are secure, and clean any debris from the radiator surface.
Inching to Confirm Direction
After initial use or power supply replacement of the portable rotary screw air compressor, inching the motor to observe the direction of rotation. It should match the arrow to prevent reverse rotation and damage to the main unit.
Monitoring during operation
Observe the exhaust pressure, oil pressure, and exhaust temperature (normal range 75-100℃). If any abnormality is found, immediately stop the machine and investigate.
Avoid pressurized start-stop
When stopping, press the stop button first to automatically unload the unit. Do not directly disconnect the power supply. Before restarting, release any residual pressure in the system.
Regular drainage
