Product Description
Powered by compressed air, our Pneumatic Jack Hammer is designed for rock drilling operations in mining, tunneling, hydraulic engineering, and foundation construction projects. This equipment is specifically engineered for drilling blast holes; however, by simply swapping the working head, it can also be utilized to break up hard materials such as concrete.

Product Advantages
High Drilling Efficiency:
The Pneumatic Jack Hammer delivers impact energy up to 73.5J and impact frequency up to 46Hz, enabling fast and effective drilling in medium to hard rock formations (rock hardness f=8~18).
Compact and Adaptable Design:
Suitable for upward drilling at angles of 60° to 90°, it can also be used for anchor bolt installation and raising operations, offering excellent versatility in confined spaces.
Wet Drilling for Safety and Environmental Compliance:
During operation, dust concentration is maintained below 2 mg/m³, in compliance with national occupational health standards; a gas-water interlock mechanism ensures that water supply is initiated immediately upon the activation of the gas supply.
Easy Maintenance and Modularity:
Key components are interchangeable, allowing for quick replacement and reduced downtime. The modular design extends service life and simplifies upkeep.
Main Applications
The Pneumatic Jack Hammer is ideally suited for:
Mining and quarrying for blast hole drilling.
01
Tunnel excavation and roadway development in underground engineering.
02
Foundation drilling and rock breaking in construction projects.
03
Anchor bolt installation and slope stabilization in geotechnical engineering.
04
Demolition tasks such as concrete breaking and pavement removal.

Product Selection Guide
Selection should be based on the following criteria:
Rock Hardness: Select a light-duty model for soft rock; a medium-duty model for medium-hard rock; and a heavy-duty or rail-mounted model for hard rock.
Drilling Direction: When it comes to Drilling Direction you should use an air-leg type, for Drilling Direction that's horizontal or inclined. For Drilling Direction that's upward facing you need to use an upward-drilling type. If you are doing Drilling Direction for holes then a rail-mounted type is the way to go.
Tunnel Cross-Section: For small cross-sections, pair with a short air leg; for large cross-sections, pair with a long air leg or a drilling rig.
Air Supply Conditions: Match the air compressor's displacement capacity to the tool's air consumption rate (it is recommended that the compressor's displacement capacity exceed the tool's air consumption by at least 30%).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Is water needed when you use the product to drill?
A: We think you should use water. When you drill with water it helps to stop dust from flying and it also keeps the drill bit cool so it will last longer. Most of the time the product comes with a mechanism that turns on the water when you turn on the air.
Q: Why does the machine not seem to be working hard as it should?
A: There are a reasons why this might happen. The air pressure might not be strong enough it should be least 0.4 MPa.. Maybe the lubricator is empty which can cause the piston to get stuck. The valve assembly might be worn out. The air supply hose might be too small or too long. We think you should check the air and the lubrication first.
