Maintenance and Care
To Keep Things Running Smoothly
When the machine is operating the lubricator has to keep giving it oil all the time. The machine uses around 2 to 3 kilograms of oil every shift. You must not run the machine without oil.

After You Are Done Using It
When you are finished turn off the water valve first. Then let the machine run for a while without doing anything. This helps get rid of any water that's still inside the machine and stops it from rusting.

Check The Screws
Every now and then check the screws that hold the machine together. Pay attention to the screws, on the wedges and the parts that connect things. If any of them are loose tighten them away.

Purge Air Lines
Before starting the machine, purge the air supply lines using a low airflow to prevent debris from entering the cylinder and causing component wear.

Long-Term Storage
After disassembly and cleaning, apply anti-rust oil and store the machine in a dry location to prevent moisture damage.
