High Parts Interchangeability

Cold-Start Performance
The valve assembly has been designed to work well in cold temperatures. It can start reliably at -20°C. This makes it suitable for use in altitude and cold mining areas.
Low Air Consumption per Meter

Extended Maintenance Intervals
The piston and cylinder are made from alloys that resist wear. Under conditions you do not need to overhaul it until you have drilled 5,000 meters. This means you have to shut it down for maintenance often.

Maintain Lubrication
When used in conjunction with an FY200 oiler, the machine consumes approximately 2–3 kilograms of oil per shift. It is absolutely critical-never allow the machine to run dry without lubrication.
Maintain Stable Air Pressure
The optimal operating air pressure range is between 0.4 and 0.63 MPa. If the impact force feels off, use the intake pressure regulator to make fine adjustments.
Prevent Silencer Blockage
Periodically clear dust and debris from the silencer. If exhaust flow is restricted-creating excessive back pressure-the machine's impact force will be significantly diminished.
Monitor the Water Needle
The water needle (part of the air-water linkage system) is a consumable component. Inspect it every two weeks or so; if you find it is clogged or broken, replace it immediately.
Protect the Air Leg
Wipe down the telescopic rod after each use. Never retract the rod while it is coated in mud or sand, as this will quickly abrade and destroy the internal seals.
Purge Fluid Before Shutting Down
Once work is complete, shut off the water supply first, then let the machine run in idle mode for about 10 seconds. This expels any residual water from the machine head; otherwise, moisture left overnight will lead to internal rusting.
