Its drilling diameter covers standard specifications, and its effective drilling depth can reach up to several tens of meters. The YGZ90 pneumatic rotary drilling rig demonstrates exceptional performance in medium-to-hard rock formations with a hardness coefficient of f=8–18; its pure drilling speed reaches up to 680 mm/min, making it a highly efficient and reliable drilling tool for mining and engineering excavation applications.

Underground Mining:
Suitable for confined underground stopes, efficiently drilling upward fan-shaped or ring-shaped medium-deep blast holes. Also applicable for open stope roof caving and roadway bolt support operations.

When paired with surface drilling jumbos, it is suitable for rock fragmentation in small to medium-sized open-pit mines and quarries, as well as for drilling horizontal or down-the-hole blast holes.
Comprehensive Engineering:
Widely used in tunnel excavation and rock support for projects such as mining, transportation tunnels, hydropower, and rock excavation. Adaptable to working environments with roadway cross-sections ranging from 2.2m × 2.2m to 3m × 3m.
Operating Precautions
Adequate Lubrication
The YGZ90 pneumatic rotary drilling rig requires a continuous supply of oil via an oiler during operation. Running the machine without oil is strictly prohibited, as it will rapidly damage internal components.
Avoid High-Throttle Idling
Do not start the machine under full air pressure while unloaded. Instead, begin with low air pressure for a brief idle run, then gradually increase the air supply; failure to do so may damage the impact mechanism.
Correct Anti-Jamming Procedure
When encountering fractured rock layers, reduce the impact force while increasing the rotation speed. If severe jamming occurs, stop the impact action and rely solely on rotation to extract the drill tools.
Drain Residual Water After Operation
Before shutting down, close the water valve and allow the machine to idle briefly to expel any accumulated internal water, thereby preventing corrosion.
