Mine pneumatic tools are prone to faults after long-term operation under harsh working conditions. Combining 20 years of experience in pneumatic tool production and after-sales service, Hebei Fengzhe shares several common fault troubleshooting tips.

If a rock drill's drilling efficiency decreases, it is mostly due to wear of the drill rod or blockage of the air passage-promptly replace the drill rod and clean debris in the air passage. If the equipment fails to start, check whether the air source pressure is sufficient and whether the joints are leaking, ensuring the air pressure meets the product requirements. When a breaking hammer has weak impact force, it may be caused by wear of the internal piston or insufficient lubricating oil-disassemble to inspect the piston condition and add special lubricating oil.

For common faults of screw compressors such as insufficient air displacement, the cause may be blockage of the air filter or wear of the air end. Regularly clean the filter element, and replace the air end components if the wear is severe. If abnormal noise occurs, check the operation status of the bearings and whether the coupling is loose. Most of these common faults can be resolved through simple troubleshooting. For complex problems, it is recommended to contact Fengzhe Machinery's professional after-sales service team to avoid secondary damage caused by improper disassembly.
